Our association traditionally maintains strong reserves for infrastructure maintenance. Tidy Island is one of Manatee County’s few low density communities, with nearly 85% of the island’s total 240 acres protected as a wildlife sanctuary. Our 96 residences are surrounded by lush and mature landscaping that is professionally maintained on a weekly basis. On site staff are friendly and responsive and make sure our swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, fitness room, clubhouse, private road and causeway, and 1+ mile of walking trails and footpaths are professionally maintained. To ensure your safety, our gatehouse is staffed 24/7/365 with a rotation of six guards.
