Play tennis on our Har Tru courts, swim laps and socialize at the main clubhouse pool, lounge and relax at the bayside pool, or work out in the fitness room. Explore Sarasota Bay by kayak, paddleboard, canoe, windsurfer or almost any personal watercraft. You may even see a dolphin or two!
Pools & Clubhouse
Our island clubhouse is complete with meeting, entertainment, and kitchen and bar facilities. Island residents can reserve the clubhouse for private functions free of charge. In addition, the Tidy Island community has a rich and varied social scene. The clubhouse lends itself well for holiday parties, wine pairing dinners, luaus, barbecues, book clubs, and much more.
Recreation
Whether you enjoy walking, cycling or jogging, Tidy Island provides a quiet private road and more than a mile of nature trails that wind through beautiful wetlands. Residents kayak, canoe, and windsurf to nearby mangrove islands. Our archeology museum is home to Tidy Island’s aboriginal and homestead history that dates back to 500 B.C.
