Financial Strength:

Our Board of Directors and on-site manager ensure Tidy Island’s beautiful landscaping, well-maintained facilities and homes, and professional financial management.

We fully fund our maintenance reserves.  Roofs and siding on all homes and our main boulevard have all been recently replaced without special homeowner assessments.

Our finances are very stable and have been unaffected by recent real estate turmoil. Dues have been raised an average of less than 2% per year for the last 5 years and have not been raised at all from 2009 to 2010.
