Tidy Island is situated opposite Longboat Key on Sarasota Bay. We're located at 139 Tidy Island Blvd, Bradenton, Fl 34210.

The island's only entrance is about a mile south of Cortez road on 86th Street West.  Interestingly, Tidy Island Blvd goes parallel with Cortez Road, for more than a mile, towards Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key. Longboat key is closer by boat, than car.  Tidy Island is realtor friendly, too.
